      Unhappy grrrr.....week three! ..nothing ...

      Guys & Girl ...

Maybe I am writing this to hear i am on the right track.
I started exactly three weeks ago. Still nothing...
Not sure what I do wrong ..but all advice welcome...

      1. I RC each hour by using hourly phone signal

Think of my suroundings, look at text, clock and hands. I try to really do a proper check, not just doing the 'rc for the rc'

      2. I use brainbullet for positive afirmations.

      3. I go to bed and state to myself i wanna have a lucid dream tonight.

      4. I try deild as it feels like the best method to me.

I remember about 2 dreams per night and use a dream journal.
So far i detected 3 dreamsigns ..my old town&house, planes, water.

      Any advise & comments welcome.

I wouldn't recommend using dream signs, especially if you only RC when you see one. That way, you only have a chance at becoming lucid when you see a dream sign, which won't be in all your dreams. This greatly cuts your chances of having a lucid. Dreams can look extremely similar to real life, and you usually don't question things when you're in a dream. If you aren't already, along with your reality checks, question how you got to where you are, and stuff like that. Work on awareness, both external (checking your surroundings out) and internal (listen to your heartbeat, note what position you're sitting in, etcetera).

The more skeptical you are, the better. Once you have a few lucids you'll see how much skepticism in real life helps. Good luck!
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Sleep for five hours(set an alarm, vibrating phones/watches are good), wake up and don't get out of bed. Tell yourself, i will become lucid and remember my dream, go right back to sleep, and when you

wake up, tell me if you had a LD.

Try taking 5-HTP before bed, it'll help you remember you're dreams.

I'll have more info when you post back, good luck

Vitamin B6 also helps people remember their dreams. Drinking a glass of apple juice before bed works good too, for some people.
