      Hello there lucid dreamers!

      Hello there. I'm slightly new to going lucid, but hopefully this forum will help me out. ^^

      Here's an experience I've been having for the past few nights.

      Getting frustrated. I've tried the last three nights and after about half an hour to an hour of laying in the same flat-on-my-back with hands to my side position, I know I'm in sleep paralysis, but I can never enter the dream state. On all three nights I have tried this, I give up after an hour of not being able to go lucid. I've waken up all three mornings so far and have had dreams each time, never to go lucid, though.

      Thanks to anybody who can help me. Looking forward to my stay here.
