      Can't close eyes. help

      I can't really seem to close my eyes during WILD's. They seem to be road block to me attaining Lucidity especially last night.Any one with experience help me?

      I know what you mean, my eyes sometimes just slowly open over a period of time... By themselves, almost.
      Try wearing a sleep mask; the slight pressure should help keep your eyes shut. If your room is pitch-black, it's okay to keep your eyes open because the only reason they have to stay closed is because of light or external visual stimuli. Since you can't see anything, it's like your eyes are closed already.

      I tried that last night but I thought I was having a FA so I did a RC but ended up being a awake. Any temporay methods I can do before I can get a sleep mask. Oh by the way were would one by a sleep mask. Thanks.

      If you're in Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart carries them. Claire's and Ardene's carry them, too.
      But I'm out of ideas for other methods, sorry.

      Tape them shut.

      No, just kidding. A sleep mask would be a good idea. In the meantime, just focus on relaxing your eyes completely, instead of trying to close them specifically, just let them go. Letting/making them roll back as much as possible should also help if your eyelids open a bit.
