      problems with wild

when i attempt wild i get easily to paralysis. I also get really relaxed and so on.

      now my problems:

1.when i get hypnagogic imagery, what am i supposed to do exactly?(Mostly they're almost never vivid.

      2. After some time i get a strange feeling wich is flowing from my feet to my upper body, plus i hear a sound that i cannot describe. After 5 seconds my eyes open sowly automatically , i thought it's false awakening or something but it isn't (it always happens to me)

3.I assume it's the transition phase so i kinda tried to go into the dreamworld but i failed.

If you felt in SP and relaxed, try to exit from your body to the dream by opening your mouth or rolling down.
The HI gives you the awareness that you are getting into STATE, develop and progress by wishing the things you want to see in HI.

      Good work, keep going and,
