Actually, all are same. Numbness=SP. Sensations may vary from person to person. High vibrations are occured in the treshold of getting into SP. Be calm/relaxed. Breath calmly, deliberately and slowly.
Exit method:
Open your mouth slowly, and roll down from the bed/get up. Walk away from your physical body.
Perform one or two Reality Checks.
Do deepening and stabilization techniques, like rubbing hands, touching and feeling everything in your surroundings.
