Forgot my dream..big problem or not ?

      Hello all,

This morning i forgot my dreams, i was so tired of a six day work week.
Is this a big problem if you ocasionally miss 1 day of your dreams?

I often remember my dreams, get up and forget them, but don't forget remembering the dream. It happens

Not a problem at all. Different factors can affect your dream recall. Doesn't do me any harm!

I haven't recalled dreams in months, and randomly started to recall again - in the last week or two? Great recall again.

Think of it like learning an instrument. If you practise loads, you'll become proficient and if you stop for a long time and try again, you'll eventually regain the skill. You'll never totally forget though
