      First Lucid Dream :D

So.. I've been writing down my dreams right away when I wake up for 4 days now, I've had a dream every single day, i can't even believe it. So today is tuesday, i came home from school, ate, and took a nap... I had a dream where I did a lot of stuff, but in a part, i went in a bathroom, i thought, hold on I'm dreaming!! So, i tried to make something fly, but it was too late, i got too excited and everything started to vanish. Then I remember to rub my hands, i started rubbing them really hard! The next thing I remember is being in front of a computer looking at videos... This second dream, I wasn't lucid.. why? I go from lucid dreaming, to a normal dreaming? wtf.. But still I'm super excited cuz it was my first time and I'm happy

After a dream scene change, its important to do a RC to assert your new dream. Lots of time if you don't tell yourself over and over that you're dreaming, you'll forget

Yeah Ninja is spot on, it all has to do with your brain thinking that what its seeing is real. Like the saying goes "Seeing is believing". Next do Reality Check and you'll be good to go.

It could be a number of things.............but I am thinking its because your putting so much stress on remembering dreams. You have to just relax and let the dreams come to you.

MrBlone you're so right.. It's cuz ive been with my little totem all day in school watching it, touching it, doing reality checks, im like waaay to obsessed with this lucid dreaming stuff.. So i should just enjoy my life, and do RC every once in a while, but not focus on LD so much..

On my first lucid dream i flew for about 5-10 minutes then my next dream started and i was in front of a computer controlling a character in a video game that looked exactly like me and i just said hmm i bet someone thinks my life is cool and finally made a video game about it, my point here is you have no conscious once your dream changes and you will quickly forget the fact that it is all a dream.

I had another dream today, it had a lot of stupid stuff, like a ship in a tornado, a really big island, etc.. It had things that would make me doubt if its real, but i didnt, i just kept going with the flow without noticing it was a dream..
