      Sharing some progress:)

      Hi everyone!

Like the title says, I made last night some progress! I just wanted to share because I'm so happy that I made some progress (even when they are just babysteps). I also want to thank you all for this amazing site which helped me a lot
And thanks to everyone who read this message, 'cause it's a bit long

Last night, before I went to bed, I read a sciencefiction book until I got sleepy. While reading, I imagined my self in the story and what I personally would do and at which moments I would do a RC. Before I finally went to bed I pluged my nose and it showed me that I was not dreaming (obviously).
So I tried DILD. It took me long to fall asleep because I was too focused on my mantra, but my last thought before I started to dream was: Next time I dream, I will know that I'm dreaming.
My dream started. Nothing was very different from real life. I was at home, did some allday stuff (cleaning the kitchen, working on my novel, etc.) But suddently I was outside in some landscape. I wondered how I came there and did a RC: I pluged my nose.
That's the first time I did a RC in a dream^^ And it was showing that I was dreaming! I got a bit excited and than completly amazed. But I did a mistake. I ask myself: Did I really do my RC in the right way? So I did the RC another time. This time it showed me that I was not dreaming. I got more and more unsure about my dream so I performed for the third time my RC and it said again that I'm not dreaming. So I was convinced that this was reality
The rest of my dream didn't make any sense: I dreamed of sandwiches

I woke up, did several RC which showed me that I wasn't dreaming. I got a bit angry about myself and wrote my dream in my DJ. I went back to bed and thought: Let's try WILD. And for the first time ever I got into stage 3 and was close to enter SP. But I did a mistake: while in stage 3, I had the feeling that i was flipped up side down and that the room began to spin. But actually I turned myself slowly without knowing it. When I realized that I was moving, I went directly to stage 1...

That's everything Feel free to post some suggestions what I could do better

I started to read about lucid dreaming last year but I only started with my DJ and techniques after some random lucid dreams which happened to me a month ago

And after another week of trying, I made some other progress:

My dreams are now much more vivid and clear. Last night in some confusing dream ( I was in a restaurant eating salad, I met at the same time my old math-teacher who talked to his husband like a baby )i wanted to do another RC (nose plug) but I didn't performed it, because I couldn't do it discretely

Does anyone knows some other RC which can be performed in hidden manner?

a more discreet one is watch checking, look at the time on your watch. does it match the sunlight? are the seconds remaining constant? then turn it away from you, wait a few seconds then look at it again to see if it majourely changed.

They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
      By dreaming, every day.
