I think I understand what you mean, its like your slowly waking up? I used to do this a lot when I was younger and thats what got me interested in lucid dreaming. I could feel me waking up from a dream and realized it was a dream as I was waking up. |

Questions
When I wake Up From my dreams.
I know Im awake but sometimes I sleep for alittle
Which I mean closeing my eyes for a minute I see my dream
continueing and when I notice it I wake up Again?

Yea I know what your talking about. You go back to sleep and your dream appears in front of you but if you focus on it, you wake back up
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

I find it helps my dream recall if I lie in bed for a few minutes with my eyes closed. It makes it harder to eventually get out of bed, but easier to remember dreams. Maybe this is why the snooze button was invented

whats best is if when you wake up dont move at all and yes, keep your eyes shut.
