The thing is, dreams are totally unreliable when it comes to cues. It's better to just practice general awareness, raising your awareness whenever you naturally remember to do so, instead of remembering to do it because of a cue. |

So today I wrote a "D" (for dream of course |

"I'm trying to watch Clash of the Titans and all I can hear is the two of them screaming about Morris Day at the top of their lungs."

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Yea you should start doing reality checks when you remember to and maybe when you do something different than you usually do. I noticed that when I started really looking at my surroundings and analyzing it, I started having dreams of me soing that. But I still didn't become lucid. |

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Yeah I have been naturally remembering to be more aware but when I am busy or if I'm doing something that I don't normally do I almost never remember to do RC's. That's mainly what the "D" was for...just for those situations. In my dreams I'm pretty much always doing stuff I don't normally do, lol. I was kind of hoping I would get more used to RCing in those situations and I eventually wouldn't need the "D" anymore. |

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?
