Welcome to dreamviews dreamsz. Like the others said keep up with your dream journal, in my opinion this is the easiest and most important step. The nose plug reality check to me is the most effective, this is the rc I use to make sure I am dreaming. Just make sure to keep doing reality checks, even if you don't do the rc in a dream the idea of testing your reality helps you become lucid.
