Hello everyone!
I'm new to Lucid dreaming and of course to this wonderful dedicated community.
Actually I've started keeping a Dream Journal ever since my first attempt last week, 14/10/2010. It wasn't lucid but I clearly remembered the contents and diligently recorded them. Till now, I remembered and recorded 3 dreams, but none of them is lucid.
My goal is to obtain lucidity and control my own actions. Ultimately, selecting dream contents that I wish to dream. But not until I realise I am in a dream..
My dreams felt real at the point of time, real but not realistic (random & weird things).
I guess my problem is I did not remember to do any RC despite me chanting them to sleep. Perhaps causing me the chance to be lucid. Simply put, I did not realise I was dreaming. I really need advice on this.
I've noted several similar signs that appeared in 2 or 3 of the dreams. I suppose they are crucial dream signs to take note of in my next adventure, but I'm worried I'll just let it pass and not being alert enough in my dream (i.e. assuming things are just real rather than doing a RC).
Here are some statistic which may provide further details of myself:
At my first 2 dream recall, separate days, I woke up automatically to pee at 0430 and 0500 am respectively. I remember the dream as soon as I'm awake, vividly.
The last dream (last night) I set an alarm at 5am, but did not remember anything. Then I visit the toilet, have a cup of water, and back to sleep. I automatically woke up at 6am with a vague dream, tried to recall for more but just didn't help. So I went back to sleep. Officially waking up at 8am to record things down, but no new contents to add on.
I'd really like to receive any help I can use.
