Too much of a good thing?

if you use more than one thing to help dream vividness, such as binaural beats and wristbands and other things, could this be dangerous? i know none of them are like, proven in any way but i guess if your brain thinks they have an effect they'll have a little. could any of this be dangerous?

If you're using natural things (not lucid aids/pills, etc), then it isn't dangerous. It may be overdoing it a little, but I wouldn't call it dangerous.

However, if you're randomly mixing dreaming supplements that you have to ingest, then it could be quite dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.

At first I thought this was gonna be about drugs
But um I don't think a wristband is gonna be bad though don't put a repeat on Binaural beats That can change the way your mind thinks in general.. For a while.
Even if that Binaural beat is about Lucid Dreaming which in general Binaural beats about Lucid Dreaming keep your mind in High and Low Theta instead of Taking you back to Alpha(something like that). So I don't know if this affects waking life any but if it did it could be pretty bad.
      APPLE JUICE works the Best!!
But in my opinion its not like your going to OD or anything so I wouldn't worry about it

Just don't bother with them. All you need is time, patience, and focus.
