      Dream Recall

      When i first wake up and try to think about my dreams i cant remember anything but like ten minutes later when im eating breakfast evrything just ops up and i remember everything. is this normal?

      I think so, I usually experience this. I will remember maybe one dream, than go to the bathroom and remember a couple more.
      LD Goals: [x]=succeed [-]=working on or almost
      sex[x] flying[x] meeting Justin Bieber[-] go to space[x] hallucinate[-] be an air bender with Aang[ ] become a transformer and be able to instantly change into an autobot[ ] fly to the moon[x] fight master chief[ ] Be an animal going to a people zoo[ ] Go to a theater in the 1920's and watch the premiere of a silent Charlie Chaplin film[ ] Meet Albert Hoffman and consume a huge dose of LSD with him[ ] Be rolling while DJing massive rave[-]

      At least for me it is normal, my dream recall gets "better" in the next 10 minutes i'm awake.

      I often wake up from a dream and as soon as I open my eyes I forget quite a bit. I stay still, stare at a fixed spot in my room, and try to recall what I did/where I was/who I was with and why. If this doesn't work, in my mind I kinda go through an inventory of people, objects and situations. usually one of these things was in the dream and consequently triggers some dream recall.

      So yeah, when your mind is running and thinking about different people or places, it very often triggers dream recall.

      It happens when a same/similar situation/words happens in real life as in the dream, some times i remember the dream after 1 hour when I coexist something related to the dream .
