Even if you don't remember anything, you may still write down that you didn't recall anything. If you recall even any little piece like a feeling, person or something, you should write it down. In time your recall improves and you remember more and more dreams.

      Good luck!

Structure your dream journal a little differently like so:
      ________________
      Date

      Stuff about the day

      Result

      ______________

Just before you go to bed on a night write a small amount of text about what you did towards lucid dreaming that day. When you wake up on a morning write out anything you remember about your dreams. Even if it was just a particular feeling, make a note of it. If you remembered nothing then write that down in the results too.
Writing before bed about dreaming seems to help prime your mind to remember dreams, (as does reading the previous days DJ entry). Its also worth trying affirmation.. that is, telling yourself before you go to sleep that you will remember your dreams. Be sure not to move when you first wake up too, just lay still and ask yourself what you were dreaming of. Finally if all else fails try interrupting your sleep a little or sleeping longer, waking part way through a dream, or waking and then going straight back to REM sleep seems to give you better chance of remembering them.

      Example of DJ entry:

      ________________
      27th nov 2010

Managed to fit in many RC's today and spent a decent amount of time on dreamviews. I intend to use an affirmation before bed "I will remember my dreams".. With any luck that should do the trick.

      Result:
Remembered fragments of a dream. I found my self in a rundown hou........ etc
      ___________________

I've found myself in exactly the same position as you in the past and started a project to fix it. Looking back on the journal i wrote at the time, i managed to get dream fragments on the second day, and my first real dream recall happened on the 4th day of the project. I had my first lucid dream on the 11th day of the project. So yeah dont worry, recall can be increased fairly rapidly.

Try using the mantra "I'm going to remember my dreams."

You could also be going through a cold streak. Usually it will not last long. But untill it ends, keep repeating "I will recall my dreams in vivid detail" .
      Hope this helps!
