Hello everyone! |

Hello welcome to DV. I think you are going to get a lot of responses on how lucky you are to be able to have LD's easily. A lot of people are trying hard to get used to having LD's. As far as your question on how not to dream this way. I never heard anyone ask this, but one way I know my LD's are ruined is when I follow along the plot of the dream. However, if your dream recall is really good, I'm not sure if there is a way on how not to have LD's. I'm sure someone will have better info. Welcome aboard. |

Hi Slumberless, welcome to Dreamviews. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

QuietWhun- I do realize after reading about how hard it can be for some people to have LDs, I can consider myself somewhat fortunate. I wouldn't want to completely be rid of these sort of dreams, most of them are pretty cool. |

In dreams, most control is done by belief. A common technique for making someone or a dreamscape appear, is to open a door expecting the person or landscape to be in the other side. There is lots of techniques for dream control. |
