      Was this a Lucid Dream?

      Yo.
      I have never had any Lucid Dream before.

      So, I bought this iPod App called "Dreams Controller", and it's going to say "This is a dream" several times during the night.

      I had this app on and I was sleeping. Then I dreamed about I was in my bed and this app told me "This is a dream" and suddenly everything just flashed and I was aware of that it was a dream. I tried to do some Reality Checks, but I couldn't move my body. When I was going to raise my hand, it feld so damn heavy. Finally I managed to raise my hand and it was invisible lol . After that, I tried to stand up and walk out of the room and this sound of the app "This is a dream" woke me up... >.<'

      Was this a Lucid Dream or just a normal dream?

      It was a lucid dream.
      A lucid dream is a dream in which you are aware you are dreaming.
