      lucid/dream control?

      when I dream I can continue the dream for several nights, picking up exactly where I left off the night before and If I dont like what has happened just prior to getting up to use the restroom I can re-dream the same thing over but knowingly alter my choices/actions so that I can try and have a different outcome. what type or level of dreaming is this called?

      if you are aware that you are dreaming and have control then id say you are lucid. i cant really say what "level" you are based on what u said, need a little more info on how your dreams are working

      I would agree that this does in fact sound like you are lucid dreaming but need more awareness.. the ability to continue chaining a dream night after night is also unique.. congrats and welcome to the forums!
