It is very possible that when you woke up and walked into the living room that you were in a false awakening. Does your husband remember this happening? Or can you ask him if it really happened? You should always check for false awakenings any time you wake up..

Yea it happened , This morning my husband ask me if i was ok last night and if i remembered it. He said i was standing there looking ready to do something.
