Thread: need help to lucid dream. unusual dreamer.

soo i been trying to lucid dream. i remember alot of my dreams every singel nigth. there alweys difrent. i have no emotions or reaction in dreams even in nightmares. can fall of a cliff etc no reaction i will survive etc. i had a reaction a while ago where i got shot i just lifted my hand sortoff felt that reaction alitle bit... anyways i still been able to enter lucid state 3 times or soo but it only last for 5-10 seconds then everything turns black slowly and then its all black and i wake upp. soo i kinda gave upp for a while. and aswell since i have difrent dreams every time its hard to use the recognize event to know your dreaming.

and in many dreams i also watch from a 3 person wiew i just watch i dont even think stuff. stuff is just happening around me. i only spoken 3 times or soo in my entire life in a dream and its not even my voice then. and i can remember upp to 3 dreams when i wake upp. require 8-10 hours sleep to remember such tho. and aswell dunno if this counts but if i sleep for 2-4 hours and ppl talk to me i sleep talk. if they ask me questions. i answer with a yes or no. hehe even talked on phone a few times in sleep.

and i rarly think in dreams sortoff maby 20 times total.

soo anyone got any tips for me to lucid dream. the tecnic i used last time was just taking reality shecks maby 100 times a day and. just thinking im not asleep this is reality and such. only had to do it for like a alitle less then a week aswell. and also every time i did somthing new i shecked if it was real. everything from walking up stairs to showering to doing stuff on my computer.
