I am new at this but I read from a guy that he uses a few things to make him do reality checks. When he is driving, every time he sees a red car, a pedestrian, and some other stuff he does a reality check. He basically said to do a reality check every time you see something that you pick that's common and that way in your dream whenever you see these things, you do a reality check. Just think how often you could LD if you did a reality check every time you saw a person. This method hasn't worked for me because in my dreams I can never remember and even while I am awake I never remember to do my reality checks every time. I do them as often as I can think about it and it has helped me. I went from 0-4 LDs in about a month
