I am new, well i joined a long time ago and read some stuff and wanted to practice the lucid dreaming but I just kind of got distracted, but now I want to learn. The thing is I have a very very very irregular sleep pattern, and Im not very good at doing things. When i read about this before it seemed really really interesting to me and I usualy dont get interested by things that often haha. I just dont really know what Im doing and I could use some help haha and I need to know if smoking weed affects this at all |

yes i do remember alot of the dreams that i have when i wake up but sometimes ill wake up and remember it all then 2 min later i try to think of it again and i cant remember it but i would imagine thats what this dream journal is for? but i think dreams are so crazy interesting i am really hoping i can learn it i just suck at studying things but i suppose since its an intresting subject to me i will remember what i study about it hopefully |

I felt the same way about the whole studying aspect i have a hard time focusing on one thing. when i first started looking up about lucid dreams i was hooked but i thought i would lose the excitement quick. but im still going at it because dreaming drew me in and i know if i work at remembering and recording them that my experiences will be better too. |

Oh and btw with my experiences i would say that smoking weed is not the greatest for lucid dreaming... |
