      the app is called "Dream Inducer". Just search "Lucid Dream" in app store and its the second result. its 59p but i think its worth it. theres another app too called "sleep cycle alarm clock" which i think is a must buy. Basically you place your IPod touch or IPhone on you bed and it monitors you sleep throughout the night by your movement. Then draws a graph when u were in deep or light sleeps. Its ment to be an alarm clock which gradually wakes you up by monitoring your sleep to see when your in a light sleep, but i turn off the alarm and just use to monitor my sleep. Perfect for WILDing because you can work out when your usually in deep sleep then set your alarm for that time. Check it out guys. there both a must buy i recon.
