      WILD and WBTB problems

Woke up at 2ish in the morning and lost my dream recall, so i thought i'd give a wild a go. I just have afew questions about my experience with it, after getting used to the sounds around me that were annoying me at the time, I started to relax into myself but at one point i get this feeling i'm vibrating and it starts spreading but i get this urge to breathe because i feel like i'm getting no air, i could make the breathing out part last since i'd have the air in me already be get this need to get more with a big gasp because i felt like i wasn't getting any.

and everytime i took gasps for more air the vibration feeling seemed to instead of increase, decrease and send me and my body into a more woken state.

how do i get past this problem?

so failed that after laying there what seemed like a long time, so I thought might as well try the WBTB thing but i was wondering if you could still try that after laying there trying to do a wild or if you had lost the chance since you've already wasted the time trying to Wild.

another question about a WBTB can you stay in your bed, well i went to the toliet and then back to bed and browsed the site as i lay in my bed. My question is does laying in the bed affect the way the WBTB works, just for a note i was repeating the I will Lucid dream and reality check, as i tried to drift back off after about 30 mins looking around about lucid dreams.

I didn't have any Lucid dreams thereafter, or any I could remember anyway same with just dreams, i was thinking if i don't write something in my DJ i'll just keep passing it off and never get any dreams written down so instead i just wrote what i was thinking about before i fell asleep and my failed attempts, just so i'd gotten the mind used to writing something in there each night.

Have you LD'd before coming to this site? If WILD is not recommended for new commers.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

I think I did in childhood but in adulthood I haven't experienced any, I just figured i'd give the WILD a go, Couldn't really see the harm in trying to still the mind, I figure its abit like meditation your obviously not going to suceed if you never attempt to achieve it, and I figure it makes an impression on the mind of what to expect when and if it does happen. I'm sure theres more logical ways of a new comer that hasn't experienced anything LD related in years but I was just attempting to get used to it, having a go, I didn't think any harm would come from wanting to try.
