      WILD - Annoying saliva?

      Hey there ,
      Im trying WILD for some time now and I can manage to get to sleep paralysis quite easily , but everytime my throat gets really dry and and I got much saliva in my mouth because everytime I swallow it it feels like me body gets awake again... so thats leads to another question: I heard that swallowing saliva holds/makes your body awake , is that true?

      I'm not sure, but you could sleep on your side, this doesn't make it quite so bad. And if you're up for it (it's not very nice) you could put a towel on your pillow, keep your mouth open and let it dribble out.

      I don't like doing that, but if it's stopping you from WILDing...

      Well its not so much the saliva but my throat that is dry when I dont swallow saliva , its pretty annoying !

      There are several posts here regarding the saliva / swallowing issue. Best approch seams to be to just let it happen and not pay much attention to it, neither to put your concentration completly on not to swallow.
