      Saliva........

      What can I do with him? He doesn't want me to sleep. And I don't know whether automatically swallowing it will interrupt my SP or not

      It won't interrupt your WILD, nor will it inhibit sleep paralysis. The less you put thought into your movements/swallowing, the less they will affect you. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to stay completely still to successfully WILD (nor do you have to experience sleep paralysis before entering a dream).

      I've realized to control my saliva I have to keep my random thoughts flowing through my mind. Also pay attention to the images you see. The only time that I get saliva in my mouth and feel the need to swallow is when my mind is focused on just that. Even if I do have to swallow, it's just once and then I can get my thoughts flowing once again. So really it doesn't have much effect. Try it out. See what works for you.

      Yeah I try to keep my mind off it, but sometimes my thought will move down near my lips... so that's when auto swallow begin, but that shouldnt effect much, and I will try to stay away from focusing on it

      Perfectly normal. Just swallow and move on. It may seem like it is effecting everything but it really shouldn't.
