Instead of using the WILD method use MILD after waking up after 5 hours. Basically MILD is just telling yourself "Tonight when I am dreaming, I will realize that I am dreaming" until you fall asleep. If you do this in the middle of the night, the message should carry over to your dream, thus letting you become lucid. I don't recomend using the WILD method because it is harder to acheive an is for more advanced lucid dreamers.
