      Ryder,

Patience my friend, patience. In my opinion, WILD is an advanced technique unless doing the WBTB variation. If you are seeing dream images while attempting WILD, you are on your way. Many people would fail at this basic task. For this technique, I simply recommend staying the course you've set. Instead of dwelling on lucidity as your goal, consider setting the goal of maintaining conciousness as long as possible into the dream. This will relieve mental pressure you are putting on yourself. If you can just maintain consciousness for maybe 30 more seconds, you might find lucidity automatic once the dream state is confirmed.

As for DILD efforts, you might consider incubating a specific lucid dream. If you really put a lot of thought and effort into plotting a LD, it will be more likely to manifest in a dream. My first 3 LD's were the result of an extensive incubation effort. It was worth it because I flew on my very first LD! Good luck!

Okay I go into SP on accident sometimes and I've realized things were dreams sometimes all of a sudden too.

And I have a dream incubated as my first LD, in detail step by step, so hopefully that will help?

It's in "WILD format" meaning, I go to sleep on my back, become lucid WILDing while looking into a sky and I'm on the beach then it plays out in a certain way haha.
