If you haven't already...start and keep up with a Dream Journal. Recording your dreams will not only help you find dream signs, but it will help build up your recall and keep your mind on dreaming. Also, start performing RCs throughout your day. Don't just go through the motions with RCs either. Take a few moments to look around and ask yourself, "Could I really be dreaming right now?" Then imagine your environment is actually dream. Then perform your RC to see if it is or not. DILD should be the staple technique for any dreamer (especially new ones). You can try your hand at WILD if you wish...maybe you will have a talent for it. Stay confident and positive. Fall asleep knowing 100% in your mind that you will have a LD tonight. Erase all doubts and 100% believe in this. If you fail, don't get discouraged. Just look at it as experience gained. With LDing, it takes practice and experience to get better (like just about everything else in life). Just keep practicing and you will get the hang of it. if you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask.
