My friend was telling me about lucid dreams the other day and after reading them I've realized that over the 19 years in my life, I've had many dreams that I could fly in and/or control what I was doing, and it really makes me excited that their is actually a way of making it happen.

Yesterday I did a lot of reading up so last night I tried my first WILD attempt, i did NOT do WBTB. I usually do not sleep on my back but I tried laying in my back, after about 10 minutes of watching my breathe, and trying to find my heartbeat (which i found worked really good for controlling itches) , I noticed vibrations and I started to see lights overcoming the darkness, this being my first time I got really excited and disturbed myself and woke up. After the attempt i did feel a lot more tired then when I first tried and decided to go to sleep after i couldn't focus anymore.

I am planning on trying again tonight and I was wondering if you guys have any tips!
