I've gotten near Lucid Dream, but now I haven't had a dream in nearly 3 days or so. I actually have I remember one thing from it that seems familier... but I just can't remember it. Any special techniques I should use on remembering my dreams? Especially when you wake up from someone, turning on lights, yelling, and dragging you out of bed.

I have made a dream journal, its not great though. My dreams aren't very vivid I don't think. Any suggestion of Dream Recall in a position of mine?
