I've read about dream objects and bringing them back with you from your dreams. But what exactly is a dream object?? I dont mean just an object in dreams, but what does it mean when someone say ""Your" dream object.

Also, in anticipation for my first LD, ive been thinking....

Is it possible to plant some kind of "object" in my first LD that i can look for to help become lucid in other dreams like a giant flag or "bat signal", like your own dream sign you consciously leave behind in your dream, and does this have anything to do with dream objects??
