      A question about SP

When you sleep you always get into SP, right?
How come some people sleepwalk? should't they be paralyzed? :O

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just want to know!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure during N-REM sleep you aren't in SP so that is probobaly why.

You are actually always in sleep paralysis. Even if its near impossible, you can WILD right after going to bed (I did) and you do thanks to sleep paralysis.

People who sleep walks, is due a disorder, that's all.

That's not entirely true. Sleep paralysis doesn't give you a lucid dream, also your not always in sleep paralysis.

Anyway most cases of sleep walking the person isnt even asleep. I'm not sure how to explain it... But like your in between. Your semi awake so you don't remember getting up and walking. Think of it like those times when you wake In the middle of the night and dream journal, but you can't remember it when you wake up.

Of course REAL SLEEP walking is a disorder stopping sleep paralysis.

Sorry if I'm reading this wrong but maybe you just typed quick and had something else in mind, or maybe I'm just reading this wrong.
