First I want to say that I'm a student who does sports too so you're not alone

I think self suggestion might do the trick for you. Basically when you go to sleep you think: "I will have dreams tonight. I will remember my dreams when I wake up" and stuff like that. You have to believe that you will remember your dreams in the morning. Also, when you wake up stay in your bed for a while without moving and spend the time trying to recall your dreams. If you still don't remember anything, decide, when you go to sleep, that you will remember one dream.
