I can (regularly) fully enter sleep paralysis in under five minutes. Also, I have seen hypnagogic images with nearly every attempt at lucidity, BUT, for some reason I cannot actually get to the point of becoming lucid. I have been logging my dreams for about a week now, but nothing seems to strike me as being a 'dreamsign'. It seems as though I am getting nowhere with my attempts. |

How can you exactly "try" DILD, considering -from what I've read- it's primarily chance that it would happen? I do reality checks, what else could I do to beget a DILD? |

-Do reality checks as often as possible. Do them on a schedule,whenever you think about it,or whenever you spot a dream sign. I just thought to do one now while I was typing this. |

Stop and look around and try to be aware of where you are, what you're doing, how you feel, just be aware of your surroundings. If you can do this all day you will be the master of DILDs. |
