You do not need to have been lucid before to do ADA. ADA is a DILD technique and DILD is the recommend technique for beginners. The feel of a dream is just something you can use to help you reality check. If the world doesn't seem normal or correct do a reality check and see if you are dreaming. |

ADA is all day awareness... Why would you have to have a lucid dream to be aware all day? |
