      sickness related to lucid dreams?

      Well I got 2 lucid dreams. In both cases, I have got a huge headache afterwards and I gets cold the same day.

      So my questions is: have anyone else expirence this? Is this just a coinsidence? If not, can I do anything to stop it?
      Goals for lucid dreaming: [X] Get my first lucid, since I starte lucid dreaming again. [] Posses somone. [] Go GTA style on the streets. [] talk to my DG again

      That sounds like a coincidence to me. I have never felt sick after a lucid dream. I always feel better because of the joy of my success.

      Did you not sleep a lot around the time of these lucid dreams?

      Then I'm sure it was coincidence. Don't tell yourself you might get sick if you LD, I have also NEVER, EVER had a LD and gotten sick from it. If you do, it's probably in your head.

      but... ... ...if you are still getting headaches after LD, we can discuss furthur.

      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
