Movies related to dreams and lucid dreaming?

Hey, i was wondering, does anyone know some good movies related to dreaming or lucid dreaming?

I have seen some, seen that Abre Los Ojos (Open your eyes in English) which is an italian movie, was quite good tbh.

Also downloaded a movie named DreamScape which i am planning to see later today :]

Anything by David Lynch, my favorite being Mulholland Drive. Oh, and for anyone confused by the movie or wanting to try to understand it, check this incredible review on CollativeLearning.com: http://www.collativelearning.com/MUL...0ANALYSIS.html

Also I suppose the structure's of Kubrick's films is very dreamlike... my faves being The Shining and 2001: A Space Odyssy. YOu can also find analyses of these films on the same site: http://www.collativelearning.com/FIL...OB%20AGER.html

Some of my favorite surreal films (surrealism of course is rooted in dreaming and Freudian concepts of the subconscious) would include Street of Crocodiles by the Brothers Quay (plus some of their other short animated films) and also the work of their predecessor Jan Svankmajer. Try YouTube for lots of Svankmajer's films: http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...rch_type=&aq=f . Looks like the Quays also have some stuff on YT: http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...rch_type=&aq=f

Definitely not about lucid dreaming, but I just re-watched The Mask, and it reminded me greatly of myself when I become lucid in a dream.

Donnie darko if no one has seen that which I doubt... I watched waking life and science of sleep last night, waking life was ok and I liked the science of sleep but there has to be better movies more aimed at lucid dreaming???

Thought of another one... The phasing technique, or the teleporting technique reminds me of the original Butterfly Effect with Ashton Kutcher...

I recently watched Vanilla Sky, which did have relation to Lucid Dreaming. I'm sure you'd pick it up faster than someone who had never heard of LDs before.

I had to watch it a couple times though just to notice all of the little parts. (Abre los Ojos is the Spanish version of this movie, Vanilla Sky is a remake.)

"The Matirx" is why I am learning to LD. It is so right about how our society is today. I just can't wait to break free of control one night soon.
