Hello, and welcome to Dream Views! Once you get the strange vibrations, you just need to continue to relax. Act as if nothing unusual is happening and continue to work toward sleep. When your eyes start moving around on their own, just ignore them and try to stay as calm and relaxed as possible. Soon you won't even notice your eyes flicking around.

Keep in mind that the whole point in WILDing is to fall asleep. The trick is to fall asleep conscious using your breathing anchor. Make sure you aren't concentrating on the process too much, or it can keep you awake. If you find yourself staying awake for long periods of time without results, you simply aren't falling asleep. Don't get too wrapped up in the process and try too hard. Just relax and let the process itself do all the work for you.
