      Question False awakenings

I want to know if there's a way that you can induce FA's during the day. Anyone know?

I'm a little confused by your question. Do you mean in a nap, or are you talking about waking life? Do you mean a way to encourage false awakenings during the day so that they happen more often in your dreams? similar to the way people practice reality checks during the day so that they carry over to dreams? Why are you trying to induce FAs?

Yeah, encouraging them, and the reason is because they lead to LDs.

Well, I think that false awakenings generally happen naturally. I actually find them to be very frustrating because the whole thing about them is you think you just woke up but you're really just dreaming. There are a whole lot of other techniques that can greatly increase the chance of lucid dream induction. Are you keeping a dream journal? How is your recall? Do you know what your dream signs are? Do you perform reality checks throughout the day?

I keep a DJ and all, recall's pretty good. And dreamsigns are not exactly noticed yet, and RC's are used.

Erm, encourage FA's to increase LDs? I don't see how that works but if works for you then great. If making RC's increases your chances of RC'ing in dreams, then maybe waking up swould encourage FA's in dreams. Take a lot of naps.
