      Newbie a little confused

      Hi all,
I have just joined this forum as I am looking for some answers really, but I'm not too sure where to post. I am looking for some dream interpretation and also, maybe some help and advice as to how to stop dreaming so much, as it almost feels that I can never switch off!!
Could someone maybe help me as to what threeads to look at or where to post?
      Thanks
      Kat

Hi! You should cherish those dreams if you can. I know it's annoying because you feel like you're not getting a full night's sleep, but you do. I had the same "problem" but I started wanting to have them instead and it all turned around for me. Perhaps learning how to Lucid Dream is the way to go?

There is a Dream Interpretation sub forum here: Dream Interpretation

Thank you for your response, I used to very much treasure them, but it really is becoming an issue- so much so that they affect my mood for the rest of the day. I used to think it was great, but after talking with people about it, the general impression is that it's not quite normal! lol
I already have Lucid dreams and have done since I was very young, though I don't have any control over them, so I will take a look, I'm just finding it quite hard to navigate this site!

Ah okay. Don't care about what people say! Just because they tell you it's weird and a bad thing, doesn't make the dreams so. It's all about how we look at it, and if you want the dreams to be a bother then they probably will be. And the other way around
