      Hello and a question

      Hello all,

I figured I would join here to gain some knowledge on these type of "dreams" I have been having every so often which has been happening much more as of late. So pretty much I will be in a state of semi sleep (at least that's how I would describe it) I will be laying around and drift into this state where I am in a normal area like a room in a house or a yard at which point some odd will happen and I know I am dreaming. When I begin to control my actions they feel sluggish and weak. At this point I usually wake up within the next minute or two and the extreme slow movement and weakness is still affecting my body, to the point where sometimes I can't even get out of bed for a few minutes my body is so weak. Now for an even odder part that I can't even understand, the places I am in are places I have never been in before, but months later I find myself at these different places with a sense of deja vu. For example I was dreaming about an empty room that had just a single chair in the room and months later I find myself in the same room with my uncle who was showing the house and I just happen to tag along that day.

Normally this only happened to me once in a good while in the past but lately it has been happening almost twice a week and is impairing my ability to sleep on those nights. Which is why I ask out for any knowledge that DV might have on what it is and how to stop whatever is happening or at least control it.

      Thanks all

I'll sleep on it and see if I come up with anything.

When you become slugish I would try standing still and rubbing ur hands together. Works every time.

For the sluggishness in your dreams, are you freaking out? Like when it happens do you panic? But if you do realize its a dream you should try to make sure you understand that it's a dream and you have all power. Knowing something is true makes it true in a dream, at least for me. But the deja vu thing is tricky. I've had the same thing before. I saw a blue banner hanging above my head in a dream. Less than a week later i'm in wall-mart, look up, and same blue banner is flying their. But it could be coincidence or maybe "something else". Who's to say?
