Thread: Am I the only one who has stupid dreams based on reality? -_-

Well..... its the same for me ...... i too always have stupid dreams like you

Well I'm glad someone does :/ I just don't always want them to be like that. I wanna do fun things in my dream. Not just have a big jumble of things from my waking life. How boring is that.

if you could attain lucidity .. you can control your dreams ......
i've had only one LD so far .... but trust me when you're lucid even the stupidest dream feels awesome.

Yeah. So I've heard. I just hope to be lucid soon. They say dream recall is really important, and I usually always remember dreams, even if only dream fragments. So hopefully I'll have a lucid someday :/

It's pretty normal, don't worry about it.
I have such dreams all the time. I dream of being at school, working on projects, or doing other things I would classify as boring.
Lucid dreams are obviously different, because I can choose to leave the boring environment and do something interesting.
But yeah, most non-lucid dreams are somewhat boring, although they can be very weird and interesting at times.

I go through phases where my dreams are like that....I used to always dream about school.
But it's actually a good thing because dream signs are easy.

Did you go to walmart? Dreams tend to be made of what you did that day. Watch a trippy movie before bed. And we don't always have epic dreams, I'll bet they just record those.

I had a dream about going on a quest to save a ladybug by driving cars and smashing into people three nights ago, and last night I just had a dream about going shopping at a women's clothes store. My dreams are pretty random, but for some reason I like them all. I don't think everyone has epic dreams, and I know that sometimes people actually stretch or undermine what happens in their dreams when they talk about them. I have in the past, and I'm not proud of it.

some of my dreams are normal but most of them are crazy so im o most always going on a epic journey or talking to dead people

Most of my dream events could probably happen in waking life, except often times I'm with people who wouldn't normally be together, like cousins and classmates. I've been recording dreams for a week or two now, and nothing extraordinary has showed up. I wouldn't let it discourage you.
