From my experiences and dryspells(periods when i had no recalls) i have here my way for a good dream recall
-choose a usual time to sleep with not more than half an hour of bypassing it
-have more than 7 hours of sleep
-have in mind to recall your dreams in the morning
-as soon as you get up write those adventures down
-think aout dreaming througout the day
THIS IS A GOOD BEGINNING FOR LUCID DREAMING IF YOU ARE NOOB as myself
