Hi, I'm a sixteen year old guy who has become obsessed with LD. I've had really low level LD's before, and I want to have stronger ones. I think part of the reason the dreams were hard to control or change was because I wasn't confident enough. In most of my dreams I can usually flap my arms and just fly away, but I never really seem to notice that it's a dream when I do this. I'm also good at remembering dreams. I can usually remember at least one scene from a dream per night. I joined the forums to get help with my LD's. |

I've read through a lot of the stickies. Now I just have to remember everything. Yesterday was the first day I wrote down a dream in a dream journal. I've thought about starting one before, but I always lose resolve. I'm going to have go through with it this time. WILDS sound scary. Thanks for the encouragement. |

Actually, controlling your dreams might be why your dreams seems poor. It takes a lot of brainpower to control your dreams. Until you get really good at them, you should just explore and have fun |

ninja9578, An additional reason my dreams could have been so bad was because I didn't know how to make it more clearer or more lucid, so I was stuck in a semi-lucid dream. |
