Welcome! Don't fret over bad recall. Most of us aren't able to recall dreams too well when starting out. I know I only remember very few dreams over the entire year but since I've started this, I've started remember multiple ones per night. First thing you want to do is start up a dream journal. Basically you want to write down your thoughts before bed, after you wake up, and any of the dream you had that you can recall. You'll start remembering more and more the more you write in it. Also, it's important to write something down even if you can't remember your dreams from that night. Another thing is that I'd recommend writing these things down in a physical journal using a pen or pencil. The motion of writing things down physically improves what you remember. |
