Guys... I did it.

My first lucid dream. I'm so excited! I remember everything! I gained consciousness in an office building and I think I did a reality check. I had full control, and I started to try out some 'things' on my secretary. Afterwards, I was in England and there were a bunch of water canals. I lifted water, created torrents, made a planet of water.... Wow. It was scary how much control I had. Now I have to see what I can do next!

Congratulations my friend! That secretary thing must've been fun *wink wink* I still have yet to get a Lucid dream that I could wake up from and KNOW I was lucid (not semi-lucid).

I have two theories as to what could have triggered the lucidity. First, I could have questioned my surroundings like I have been doing, and performed a RC. The second theory is that after I escaped the bears, I questioned what the date was. I said in my head that it was technically June 30th. That might have did the trick.

Nice Pinnacle, I've been able to spot some odd things in my dreams, but just couldn't have been able to become conscious to do a DILD. :/ Hope you do well on the rest of your dreams, hopefully find your dream guide as well.

Congratulations! I've just had my firs LD recently aswell, but the only thing I did was realize I was in a dream then I woke up.
