You could always be lucid and not remember...its better if you can remember for future techniques of making yourself lucid but great recall isn't essential to lucid dreaming. I would recommend keeping a dream journal. Keep it right next to your pillow so you can record your dream upon waking up. even if its just random ideas, or keywords, it will help with your recall. There are also some techniques where you drink apple or orange juice to help. I found it helps a little but just clearing my mind and keeping a dream journal has already helped me increase my recall. |
