recall problems

as of late my dream recall ability really seems to be hindered. most mornings in the past few weeks i've not been able to remember anything. i also had a lucid dream last night, and only spontaneously remembered it about half hour after i woke up whilst brushing my teeth.

well, there are lots of people who complain about their dream recall - you could do a search and look in the recall section, take some supplements, review the day as if it were a dream before bed... i also think that simply going to bed earlier can help. oh, and lucid dreams in which you stabilize or just stop what you're doing for a moment are pretty easy to remember - the weird ones are sometimes like that.

My suggestions:
Do a mantra before going to sleep and throughout the day (I WILL remember my dreams). Believe that it will help.
Get at least a solid 7 hours of sleep
Try to avoid caffeine and sleeping pills
Stick to a regular sleep schedule.
Have patience.

These things take time.
Keep a dream journal
Lie perfectly still upon waking until you remember the bulk of your dreams, or until you remember all that you can.
