Welcome! Tried any other technique than DILD? The more you talk about it, the more likely it will happen |

I've been lucid dreaming for a while but have recently lost the ability to do so due to myriad factors. I think I'll stop lurking around the website and actually partake in subjects and conversations in the hope in increasing my likelihood of LDing. Part of my problem is that I never think about LDing on a regular basis anymore so no RCs= no DILDs. I already know that this is a great community/network of people, so I hope that you'll welcome me with open arms! |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I have WILDed several times which have been SO MUCH more gratifying than DILD's, but the first thing I need to work on is dream recall. Waking up next to a significant other makes it more difficult. |
